Peer Review Spring 2014: Gender Equity in STEM
This issue explores current trends in higher education related to recruiting, retaining and advancing STEM women and women of color faculty. Articles included are intended to advance the research knowledge base and emphasize institutional exemplars of STEM gender equity, including institutions involved in the NSF-funded Preparing Critical Faculty for the Future project that promotes STEM women leaders of educational change.
