A team discount is available when three or more individuals from the same institution register for the Annual Meeting. The discount is $40 per person for individuals from AAC&U member institutions and $25 per person for individuals from non-member institutions. If appropriate, please select the “Team” fee below. (Individuals who select the Team Discount but do not attend the meeting as part of a campus team will have their fees adjusted to the regular rate. Team discounts do not apply to student registrations, workshops, the Symposium, or the Forum on Digital Learning and ePortfolios.)

If you wish to register ONLY for the Forum on Digital Learning and ePortfolios, held on Saturday, January 25, please select the SATURDAY ONLY registration option. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via email to registration@aacu.org by January 10, 2020. A $100 processing fee will be deducted.
• After January 10, 2020, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
• Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
• My name, title, and institution will be published in the online meeting registration list, which is available to all. Email addresses and other contact information are not included. (If you do not want your information included in this list, please contact registration@aacu.org.)
• I understand that the AAC&U photographer may capture my image within a session or during networking opportunities, and AAC&U has permission to use my image for AAC&U promotional or informational materials only. (If you do not want your image used in any photo, please contact David Tritelli at tritelli@aacu.org)
